Sara is wife, mom, teacher, and Associate Pastor
            Sara has been married to Pastor Johan for 27 years and they have three children.
A born and raised Texan she and her husband moved their family from serving as youth Pastors for 8 years in Galveston to the Oklahoma City area to plant a Spanish speaking church. They planted Iglesia Camino Nuevo A/D and have pastored there for 19 years.
Sara is a Pastor’s kid, pastor’s wife, and herself a pastor.  She is passionate about learning and her life revolves around discovering what pleases the Lord and sharing that with anyone who wants to learn about it.  She has been a speaker in churches, at Youth and Women’s Ministries Conferences, Camps and Conventions.
She lived out her passion daily as a homeschool mom and educating her kids for 17 years in “TORRES FUERTES (STRONG TOWERS) homeschool”. Graduating all three of her children. She and her husband also served as Board members of the L.I.G.H.T. (Leaders in Godly Home Teaching) a homeschool support group that supports more than 85 families on their homeschool journey in the Central Oklahoma area for over 6 years.
She is also an avid reader, painter, a gardener, and a chicken lady.

She is a graduate of L.A.B.I. San Antonio, Tx.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministries from SAGU.
She has been a minister of the A.G. for 27 years.

Moses Mendoza 

Moses Mendoza was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. From a very early age, he sensed God's call to full time ministry.  He followed that call to Dallas, Texas where he graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute as well as Southwestern Assemblies of God University. It was at Southwestern that he completed his Bachelor’s Degree as well as his Master’s Degree and (most importantly!) met his wife, Julie.

Moses has been married to his wife Julie since 1996. They have four children; Micah who is married to Ali. And they have 3 more children who still live at home. Mason, Mia and Melina.

Moses served as the District Youth Director of the Midwest Latin District for 12 years and is currently on the pastoral staff at Maranatha Bilingual Church in Lansing, MI

Abe Garcia

Abe serves as Asst. Youth District Director in the Midwest District. He is married and has 2 children. Abe is the Lead Pastor at El Shaddai Church located in Flint, MI. 

 

Abe Garcia is an active participant of the Midwest District and has a passion for the future generation.
